Does you ever wondered about how happy we had been when we didn’t have smartphones․

Eight months ago, one beautiful day, I decided I didn’t want to be in this kind of life anymore. I woke up with my phone, scrolling through the same boring videos every day and living in an unreal w

orld of social media. So, I turned off my smartphone.

After that, I started living more fully. I became more present with the people around me. I found time for things that really matter, like spending time with my family, taking care of my health and happiness, reading, and even just sitting quietly and thinking.

In the end, maybe my speech is a sight or reminder that perhaps you should turn off your smartphone too.
