Walking through Tbilisi feels like going back in time. The city has narrow streets with cozy, colorful houses surrounded by green hills and the Kura River. In spring, fields around the city are full of bright, pretty flowers.

For the best view of the city, you can climb up to Narikala Fortress. From there, you’ll see both the old streets and the modern parts of Tbilisi mixed together. You can also walk down Sharden Street, where you’ll find cute cafes, art shops, and old-style buildings. If you’re there on a Saturday, check out the Dry Bridge Market. They sell all kinds of interesting things like old jewelry, Soviet items, and rare books.

Feeling hungry? Try Machakhela for a cheesy bread called khachapuri, or sit at Vino Underground with a glass of local wine and watch people passing by. Georgia is full of friendly people, and each street has a story to tell.
